Having had many commissions to capture peoples pets in an illustration, especially German Shorthaired Pointers (I own two of my own), I thought it would be a bit of fun, with my clients' permission, to use some of the comical out take photos which were provided to me and create a fun scene at the beach, proper GSP style.

In this painting I showcase just a few of the GSP traits which can go from being chilled to barmy in an instant. Of course being the breed they are, the seagull is very tempting to the ones who have noticed it!
